1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed after payment has been successfully received.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Orders may take slightly longer to process during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping and delivery time is approximately:

12–18 Business Days

The 12–18 business day timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Heavens Alarm is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

5. Delayed Packages

While we work to ensure orders arrive within the estimated 12–18 business day timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

Delays may be caused by:

• Shipping carrier issues

• Severe weather

• Holidays

• High shipping volume

• Customs delays

• Incorrect shipping information

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to request additional delivery information.

Heavens Alarm is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.

7. Damaged Packages

If your Heavens Alarm product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged package

• Photos or video of the damaged product

• A description of the damage

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at HeavensAlarm@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the items you received so we can investigate and assist you.

9. International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

International delivery times may vary due to customs and local carrier processing.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was shipped incorrectly, arrived damaged, or another situation covered by our Return & Refund Policy applies.
